HOLIDAY GIFTS

There is a gift you can give this holiday season that will save you time
and money and be most appreciated by those who receive it. You can be so generous as to include all of your friends, family, co-workers, neighbors…even your enemies on your holiday gift list. Even if you don’t give gifts at this time of year, you can try it anyway…for no reason other than that you are happy.

Your happiness is contagious. As you express it, it spreads. Your bright smile, your good attitude, your happy thoughts all assist the recipients of your gift in finding that happy place within themselves. And, of course, since giving and receiving are the same, you will feel your own happiness increase by leaps and bounds.

Let’s get happy so we can spread the joy. All we need do is turn within. That simple act of going to Spirit for a moment reveals the joyous state of being that is already present. It is who we are. In that moment we choose Joy from the menu of God given qualities and just bring our awareness to it with intentionality and love. We capture the joy of the moment, communing with Spirit. And, like filling our tank with the energy of joy and happiness, we cruise through our day on a full tank. We share and laugh and shine light everywhere we go and folks around us feel like they have received an unexpected gift of great value.

P.S. I am thinking of doing some video interviews and groups in 2015.  If you are in southern California and would like to participate, please let me know. I see it as a wonderful opportunity for us to learn and grow together. We get to explore aging by leaning into Spirit’s guidance. And we get to do it in community. Now to me, that’s exciting!
